The lovely people over at Morphée very kindly gifted me one of their devices and I am absolutely obsessed with it.

The Morphée is a relaxation and sleep aid product which has 210 different options for various exercises and ambient sounds. It’s non digital so removes the blue light aspect that interferes with sleep, and the variety of different relaxation exercises is huge. There are various settings including being able to choose a male or female voice, and whether you would like it to last 8 or 20 minutes.

The three dials help to select the different options, and it comes with a booklet that helps you choose the right one for you and your needs.
