Simple and Present 8/27

I like these two words.

To keep things simple and in the moment allows for me to be fully present.

The noise of past and future have no room in my head when I am here.

The greatest cinematic example that I have seen that represents this is Forest Gump.

It seemed he was present in every moment. If he was running, cleaning his gun or listening to his friend Bubba talk about shrimping…he was there.

As an active addict I constantly tried to escape every moment that I could.

It is truly a miracle that I now desire to be as present and in the moment as possible.
