So around May of last year we bought Older his first laptop because he was on Zoom school and the old Mac he was using had a problem with the camera and fixing it would have cost the same as buying a new computer.
Older loves his laptop, he is very tech savvy and interested in learning.
Anyway husband bought him a Dell.
The warranty of this Dell expired exactly 1 day before the key came off.
I mentioned the issue to husband when it happened and his answer was full of anger saying that he won’t fix that key because when Zoom school is over he won’t have access to have laptop anymore blah blah blah.
Clearly I was not happy with that answer.
