Visit to Mental health nurse
Yesterday I had my first session with a mental health nurse because I’ve been feeling a little down lately.
The session went well,so well it went over time.
When the nurse asked me what was behind my depression I told her
I told her I didn’t want anti depressants because of the meds i’m already on and that I’d rather tackle it by talking to people
