Don't Lose Hope

Things to chill out about include:

1. The handful of things that aren’t going right – When things don’t go according to plan, or you’re hit with things that are hard to cope with, it can help if we are thankful for what is going well. If you can, try being thankful for the things you have escaped.

2. Diagnosing and putting a label on everyone and everything – Sometimes it is helpful to take a step back, and decide to take people and things as they are. A lot of the time, the label doesn’t help. You still have to deal with the stress it all creates.

3. Worrying about what other people think – There will always be someone who disagrees with you. But that is their issue (and their problem), not yours. You need to give yourself the freedom to live your own life.
