It all started last night when we discovered the condensation pipe had came away from the boiler (which is in our wardrobe).

This meant clothes and the inside of wardrobe was soaking wet with water. Fortunately it although carpet was wet it never came through floor.

An emergency plumber was called and he re connected the pipe.

This morning we tried starting boiler to dry wardrobe out but it wouldn’t start. Another engineer came out and it turned out the condensation pipe was blocked and timer was set to wrong time.
