Mental disorders have become quite common recently. They are not communicable, yet very dangerous. A number of people suffer from this mental illnesses. Some are aware, while some are not.

Mental disorders are extensive health conditions that alters a person’s mood, thinking and behavior. A very common example is clinical depression. Mental illnesses are hard to prevent but can be controlled. Below are some signs and symptoms of mental disorders:

  • Extreme mood changes
  • Feeling low or sad
  • Change in behavior and eating patterns
  • Excessive anger/hostility
  • Withdrawal from activities
