Beginner's Guide to Epilepsy

Day 4

Binge reading, binge-watching and binge sleeping. Meds only making me sleep more and remain calm. Breathing exercises as instructed and relaxing in the room alone. Confined in one room but trying to connect and reach out as many as I can.

Connecting with people of outside world.

Day 5

Easy day, nothing new. Just a few revelations. Reliability is a must before doing anything. It’s a trait, which is a must to have if one needs to accomplish anything in life. A lot of things are fragile in this life and in order to deal with it, one must be reliable enough. I have come to an understanding that it is all the more important for us who have epilepsy to have this in our character. It helps us build a trustworthy relationship with people who can rely on us irrespective of how our dis-ease defines us. A…
