Once in a while, I really need to read this. It helps me to remember that breathing will lower my anxiety, and restore me to a place of which I’m in control.

I hope as you begin today, or go through the rest of your day, you’ll take frequent moments and just breathe. I hope you look for the little joys in life, and believe everything will be ok!
