Setting goals, fun? No. From an early age, I’m only 23, but still, I’ve learned that setting goals is the key to success. If only it were true. At school, I was given homework that had to be turned in by a certain date. At work, I was given goals to achieve by a certain time, and in my personal life, too, there were goals I wanted to achieve weekly or yearly.

In and of itself, there is nothing wrong with that. Setting goals gives you a “path” to follow. It lets you move in the right direction. But setting goals is hard for me. It’s hard for people with ADHD.
