So where to begin normally I have something positive to say about where I am or positive about my mental health but to be honest, I am still on the mental health ward and I have just recovered from coronavirus. And have been in the worse position of my life.

I am not going to repeat how I got onto the mental health ward, but this blog is to talk about my current experience being on this ward and a first-hand experience from my eyes and how I feel inside. Waking up each day is no new experience day after day something I love but just the same old every single day I wake up or get woken up have my blood pressure and oxygen levels checked. Take my medication and just be bored for the whole day. There’s nothing to do on the ward apart watching Tv or reading…
