It’s ok to ask for help. It’s ok to ask for and take medication. You are a stronger person for doing it. Failure would be continuing to struggle without doing anything about it.

It is hard to ask for help. Is is hard to admit that you’re struggling. But you must do it. You’ll never get better unless you do. You need support, you deserve to get better, you are amazing, believe in yourself.

I know how difficult it is to ask for help. I am surrounded by people who don’t understand mental health. I had to look out for myself. I had to work incredibly hard to understand what was going on with my brain. And when it got really bad I knew I had to ask for help. I turned to my GP.
