It’s ok to have a bad day. You may feel like you’ve taken a big step backwards but you haven’t. Tomorrow is a new day and the slate is wiped clean overnight.
Do regular people have bad days? The answer is yes, so stop beating yourself up about it. The best thing to do is recognise that you’re having or even going to have a bad day and try to do something about it.
Eat some healthy food, drink plenty of water, do some exercise, meditate, get outdoors, try to break the cycle of the day. Try to nourish your mind and your body with things that will do it good.
If you can’t do those healthy things it’s ok! It’s ok to stay in your PJs all day, it’s ok to eat a huge bit of cake, it’s ok to not be ok. Be kind to yourself. Do what…
