Above is a photo of my care call wrist band that I wear in case of emergencies except last night was a little different.
You see, last night, as I have always done for years, I wore it in bed whilst asleep.
However, last night was different because at 3 am, approx the button was accidentally pressed whilst asleep, and we were wakened to the sound of the alarm calling the centre for help.
When the person answered, we had to tell them I had pressed it in my sleep by accident.
A night I won’t forget in a while.
