Two years ago, doctors diagnosed me with schizophrenia. Few months back, I had my second psychotic break. These days I’m back on meds. My mind has lost direction, it feels trapped. Writing brings liberation.
Summer is at its peak, children outside are making noise; crickets are chirping and warm breeze is making the banana leaves dance. Soon monsoon will be here, I’d love to hear the sound of rain falling on the ground.
I don’t feel the excitement like before, I don’t feel free when I go on my walks, I feel dead. Only place I feel free is my study room when I write.
