1. Which of these tasks should I prioritise? Do the most important first; that will help relieve the stress. There may be other tasks that you can put on hold for now.
2. What can I do to improve my sleep? If you feel too tired to work, then you may be less productive. And this also may contribute to your sense of overwhelm.
3. Are there people who are sucking the life out of me? Are there certain individuals who require too much from you? Perhaps, for now, you have to put your own needs first.
