The sleep apnea clinic

Have you ever been tested for the above?

Yesterday and today, I had to undergo a sleep apnea test. It was done at home overnight. Boy, what a night it was.

Normally, when my head hits the pillow, I’m asleep pretty quickly. That’s me until I wake in the morning.

Not last night night with this monitor on me, last night i was awake a few times.

The good news about the test is I don’t have sleep apnea.
